Get Started with PCT by enrolling in our Essential Services Program.

First, create an account with us, or simply log in if you already have one.

Then you'll be able to download and install our small Support Agent icon. Your computer will be entered into our system and we can begin helping you right away!
My experience with PCT has been a breath of fresh air. They find and tell us about problems with our network or PC’s. They monitor the system logs and make the changes to correct the problems. They make recommendations for improving infrastructure and have stabilized our network to the point I don’t worry about the day to day. I lost track of the number of calls or emails I have made asking questions that they promptly answered.
