Eric Livingston is the President and CEO of Private Client Technologies. An MBA graduate of Yale University, he has over 20 years experience designing, implementing and deploying enterprise-class client/server and web-based business solutions. Mr. Livingston spent a decade as a strategic IT consultant for Fortune-500 clients. He invented a patented technique related to implementing XML based e-Commerce content management systems, and is an accomplished speaker and writer on the business value and technical issues regarding IT architecture, security and methodology. 
Errol Dickey holds the position of Chief Technology Officer for Private Client Technologies. He followed an early career at IBM with entrepreneurial success in founding several businesses that prospered as a direct result of creatively applying available technology to create a compelling market edge. Most recently he has completed over a decade of hands-on professional IT management experience with major clients such as US Trust, Citizens Bank, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Children’s Hospital in Boston before co-founding Private Client Technologies.
We had been at our wit's end with technical problems before we found PCT. But they stepped in, eliminated the long-standing issues that local fix-it shops had been unable to resolve, changed some of our processes in a way that saves us money and then set us up with regular monitoring that has kept us running without a hitch ever since.
